We accept all of the most common names when it comes to cameras, including:

With such an extensive list of possible camera models, we can't fit them all in one small list (That's how many we accept!) For exact details regarding specific accepted camera models, refer to the "Request a Quote" form

*Film camera gear is not accepted for trade-ins*

Condition

We accept any physical wear to camera equipment (scratching, wear marks). Physical damage (missing buttons, broken components) are NOT accepted for trade-ins.

All equipment must be fully functional in perfect working condition.

Shipping Details

After receiving your UPS shipping label, it is now time to ship your item! Below are a list of steps and reminders to keep in mind when shipping your gear

Find a box no larger than 650 square inches (common box dimensions include 8x8x8, 12x9x6, etc)
Package your gear as best as possible, using bubble wrap and packing paper (the less empty space in the box, the better!)
Seal your package, print the provided shipping label, and tape the label to the package
Drop off your package at any UPS Shipping Center
You're all set!

Reminders:

Package your camera gear to the best of your ability using bubble wrap, packing paper and proper sized boxes to limit empty space
Any kind of box can be used, just make sure it is fully intact with no rips, tears, or holes
The box used to ship your gear must be smaller than 650 square inches (8x8x8, 12x9x6)
Print out your label using any size of paper (make sure it can fit on one side of your chosen box!) and tape the label to your box

Our five-level system for item condition can be found below. All items must be in working and functioning order. Physical damage or wear is accepted, but must be accurate to the description you select when submitting your gear.

Unused or no visual signs of use; looks untouched and indistinguishable from a new item. May also include original box, manuals, and accessories.

Item has minimal to no cosmetic wear. No scratches, chips, marks, or dust is present.

Item has normal wear from light use, such as dust, light scratching, or very small chips.

Noticeable cosmetic wear, including visible scratches or finish wear from lots of use.

Item has considerable amount of wear, such as deep scratches, missing paint, and surface marks throughout.
