​IMPORTANT: By interacting with our products (submitting a quote request, accepting a shipping label, or shipping equipment to WY General LLC [“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”]), you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By submitting equipment, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful owner of the equipment

• The equipment is not stolen

• The equipment is free of liens, encumbrances, or third-party claims

• You have full authority to sell the equipment

2. Quote Process & Preliminary Nature

 

All quotes are preliminary estimates based solely on seller-provided descriptions. Final determination of condition and value occurs only after physical inspection. WY General LLC retains sole and absolute discretion in determining final condition classification and valuation.

3. Inspection & Payment

 

Items are inspected within 1–2 business days after delivery. If the item matches the submitted description:

• Payment will be issued via PayPal Goods & Services

• Payment is sent to the PayPal email provided by the seller

• WY General LLC covers PayPal processing fees

• Payment issuance completes the transaction.

4. Revised Quotes

 

If item condition differs materially from description:

• A revised quote will be issued

• Seller has 10 business days to accept or reject

 

If rejected, item will be returned at seller’s expense. Failure to respond within 10 business days may be treated as acceptance.

5. Abandoned Property

 

If seller fails to respond within 10 business days following a revised quote, the item shall be deemed abandoned property.

WY General LLC may dispose of, recycle, resell, or otherwise handle abandoned property at its sole discretion without further obligation or liability.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

 

Upon tendering the package to UPS using the provided insured label, all risk of loss transfers to UPS with insurance coverage applying up to the full quoted value. Sellers are responsible for secure packaging. Any danage caused by inadequate packaging may result in reduced quote.

7. Fraud, Theft & Misrepresentation

 

If a seller:

Ships stolen equipment:

• Transaction is canceled

• Law enforcement will be notified

• Equipment may be held pending investigation

 

Ships an empty box:

• Transaction canceled

• Seller responsible for shipping label cost

 

Intentionally misrepresents equipment:

• Revised quote issued or transaction canceled

 

WY General LLC reserves sole discretion in fraud determinations.

8. Serial Numbers & Documentation

 

WY General LLC reserves the right to record serial numbers, identifying marks, and photographic documentation of received equipment for fraud prevention and legal compliance purposes.

9. Electronic Communications Consent

 

By submitting a quote request, you consent to receive communications electronically, including:

• Quote confirmations

• Revised offers

• Payment confirmations

• Legal notices

 

Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement for written notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WY General LLC’s total liability shall not exceed the final quoted purchase amount.

 

WY General LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Incidental damages

• Consequential damages

• Lost profits

• Loss of business opportunity

• Emotional distress

• Punitive damages

11. Force Majeure

 

WY General LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Carrier disruptions

• Government actions

• Power outages

• Internet or website outages

• Payment processor disruptions

12. Dispute Resolution – Binding Arbitration

 

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of New Jersey. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

 

You waive the right to:

• Jury trial

• Court proceedings (except small claims court where applicable)

• Participation in class actions or collective actions

 

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

13. Class Action Waiver

 

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Attorney’s Fees

 

In the event WY General LLC prevails in any dispute arising from these Terms, it shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, arbitration fees, and associated costs.

15. Governing Law & Venue

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any permitted court proceedings shall occur exclusively in New Jersey.

16. Trademark Disclaimer

 

All trademarks, logos, brand names, and product names are the property of their respective owners. WY General LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any manufacturer or brand.
